• 2016 to present: Heritage Secondary school as English and Literature teacher. Head of the Languages department, coordinator of Languages club activities, and internal and external Essay writing competitions.
• 2015: Busegwe Girls High School as English language and History subject teacher for both O’level and A’Level. Also served as Senior Academic master and Acting Second Master.
• 2013-2014. Maroroni Secondary School as English language teacher, assistant Academic master where he launched and coordinated library services and English Club activities under a program named MAIM (Maroroni Academic Improvement Model).
• 2012: Main Greenhill Secondary school as English and Kiswahili teacher and coordinator of English Club.
• 2009: Baraka Tutorial college as English language tutor, and coordinator of language subjects.
• 2008: Nyanungu Secondary school as a part-time teacher and the head of Kiswahili department.
Professional achievement and awards.
• In 2019 he was awarded the best worker award of the year 2019 by Heritage Secondary school after coordinating EAC Essay writing competition for two years consecutively. In 2018 Heritage Student ranked number 5 national-wise and in 2019 Heritage student ranked number 3 national-wise thus earning $750/= for the school and $ 500/= for the student. He also successfully coordinated form four project work at TBC and Coca Cola- company Mikocheni Area.

Hobbies, interests, passion and other skills
• He has leadership potentials and he has served at different levels and capacities in different institutions. He has served as a Church Elder at Mzambarauni SDA Church for three years consecutively (2017-2019) and is currently serving as a Personal Ministries Director.
• He is now the Managing Director of Ten Times Better Printing (TTB-Printing) coordinating all the activities including type-setting, graphics designing, etc.
• He is a preacher, professional teacher, blogger, author and a motivational speaker. He runs a youtube channel entitled “Samwiterson Academy” and a Facebook page entitled “Mwl Samwiterson” in which he shares inspirational and motivational videos and articles respectively from himself and from other speakers.
• He is passionate about reading and writing books to share his knowledge with others to become a testimony in the success stories of others.
